Is this a party bus?

Can we bring alcohol on a private shuttle?
Yes, for certain private events. Email social@thfmo.com for details.
What areas do you service?
We’re based in Nashville and serve the greater Nashville area, with transportation available up to a few hours outside the city. Email social@thfmo.com for specific locations.
Do you accept cash?
No. Shuttles are prebooked and paid by credit card. Cash tips for your driver are welcome.
Do we need a reservation?
Yes. All shuttles must be booked in advance to guarantee your transportation.
Can I book a private shuttle with my own itinerary?
Absolutely. Email social@thfmo.com with your itinerary for availability and pricing.
How many people can you accommodate?
From small groups to 1,000+ guests, we can accommodate events of nearly any size.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Groups of 100+ require 14 days’ notice for a full refund due to fleet and driver scheduling.
Are there restrooms on the shuttles?
No, our shuttles do not have onboard restrooms.
What could cause someone to be removed from the shuttle?
Safety comes first. Guests may be removed for unsafe or disruptive behavior, damaging property, providing alcohol to minors, or putting themselves or others at risk. Removal may occur without a refund.
Is this a narrated sightseeing tour?
No. We provide transportation services, not narrated sightseeing tours.
Are there any additional charges?
You may be charged for damage caused by you or your party. Excessive trash, bodily fluids, or other significant cleanup may also result in a cleaning fee of at least $100.
Can the driver refuse to let an intoxicated guest board?
Yes. Drivers may refuse boarding to anyone who is excessively intoxicated or could pose a safety risk to themselves or others.
Is parking available at your location?
On-site parking is very limited. Paid VIP parking may be available when reserved in advance.
Do your shuttles have wheelchair lifts?
No. Our current shuttle fleet does not have wheelchair lifts.
Can we smoke or vape on the shuttle?
No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any shuttle.
