Do I need a reservation?
Yes, please book your day pass or 3-day pass through our website. This helps us manage capacity and provide the best service.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations 48+ hours before your shuttle day. Cancellations under 48 hours receive a gift card for the full amount.
Can I book a private shuttle?
Yes! For group transportation inquiries, please email social@nashville-shuttle.com.
Riding With Us
Where are the pickup/drop-off locations?
Our hop-on-hop-off shuttle has multiple stops throughout Nashville. Check our website map for all locations.
How long is each ride?
Most rides take 15-30 minutes, depending on the route.
What's the shuttle capacity?
Our standard shuttles accommodate 14 riders. For larger groups, we can arrange additional shuttles with advance notice.
Are drinks allowed?
Yes, but riders are responsible for any spills or damage.
Do you have a bathroom?
No, but our routes include stops with facilities.
Policies & Safety
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, all riders 18+ must sign a waiver before riding.
What are your age/accessibility requirements?
No age restrictions, but please note our shuttles don’t have child restraints or wheelchair lifts.
What if I miss my shuttle?
Don’t worry! Our shuttles run continuous loops – another one will arrive shortly.
Are tips expected?
While not required, our staff greatly appreciates tips.
What behavior could get me removed?
We expect mutual respect between riders and staff. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the shuttle.
What about weather cancellations?
We operate rain or shine but may suspend service during severe weather conditions.

Can I ride while pregnant?
Please consult your healthcare provider before riding.
What if I'm visibly intoxicated?
Our staff assesses each situation individually and may decline service if safety or vehicle cleanliness could be compromised.
Using Your Pass
How do I use my pass once purchased?
When boarding, our driver will verify your purchase and provide a wristband for your day or 3-day pass.
Does my pass guarantee a seat?
Passes work on a first-come, first-served basis. While we rarely have capacity issues, seats are not reserved.
